  • Developed a short-term social project that empowered 100 Syrian refugee women in Lebanon with dignified employment and fair wages.

  • Built a five-product line selling embroidered dolls handmade by refugee women.

  • Using the design thinking process, prototyped and iterated several versions of the embroidered doll, refining its aesthetic appeal, structural integrity, and overall design.

  • Incorporated feedback from stakeholders and conducted testing to ensure the final product met quality standards and customer expectations.

  • Collaborated and partnered with an international NGO in Lebanon to identify, train and employ at-risk, refugee women.

  • Sourced materials and managed international freight shipping, customs and duty regulations.

  • Created an online sales platform to market and sale the refugee-made products and re-invested profits into programs that benefited refugee women and their families.
